Ground cable like original in 25mm² for VW Golf 2

Defective, missing or poor connections to the ground often cause problems for our cars.

Especially with old cars, "mass" is a very important issue. The wiring harnesses are old and some cables are corroding. The result is a poor ground supply. This can mean that the engine is difficult to start or that other electrical consumers do not perform at their best.

To counteract this problem, we have this extra thick two-part ground cable in our program. Just like the standard ground cable, our ground cable has two attachment points.

The first part of the ground cable consists of a negative clamp with a solid rubber protective cap and is mounted directly on the negative pole of the battery. From there the cable runs to the foot of the battery and is fastened to the body with an M6 screw. The second part starts where the first cable ends, namely at the foot of the battery and is attached to the body with the same M6 screw. From there it runs, depending on the engine variant, to the gearbox mount or on the side of the gearbox.

 The only difference is that with our ground cable you not only have one line, but also a second thick line that provides even more ground.

Of course, both cables are well insulated. We include a solid rubber protective cap for the battery terminal, which can be used, but does not have to be. This means that the cable cannot corrode and ensures a long service life and, of course, sufficient mass.
