Hand brake cable for 16V or G60 brake calipers
You will need 2 ropes of this type.
When converting to disc brakes on the rear axle, the old handbrake cables of the drum brake can no longer be used because they do not fit on the brake calipers.
Our ropes fit the 16V or G60 brake calipers and your 1 Series, whether Golf, Jetta, Caddy or Golf 1 convertible.
We recommend ordering the two spring clips for attaching the handbrake cable to the brake calliper at the same time.
Please note that you still need spacer sleeves for the Caddy.
